Former Swiss forward Michel Turler died on Friday evening at the age of 65. Longtime player for HC La Chaux de Fonds and Biel, with which he won the Swiss title six times, he was one of the best scorers in Switzerland of his time. With the national team he played in 110 games and scored 54 goals, he also participated in the 1972 Olympics in Sapporo, Japan. His Biel team recently raised jersey with his number 10 to the rafters of their arena.
